The blood group diet

This diet was created in order to lose weight, but its creator says that weight loss is one of its natural consequences. It is eating according to your blood type, and exercises according to what your body can tolerate.

Depending on whether you are blood type O, A, B or AB, you have to stop eating certain foods and eating those who do not fatten.

Type O: You should avoid corn, wheat-based foods, lentils and carrots. Eating all kinds of food from animals (meat, fish, eggs, milk) and very little carbohydrates.

Type A: You should avoid all kinds of meats, dairy products like milk, yoghurt, cheese, etc and avoid wheat, it is suggested to follow an almost vegetarian diet.

Type B: You should avoid corn, wheat and vegetables, eat plenty of red meat and fish.

Type AB: You should avoid red meat, corn, wheat, fruits and bananas. You should choose foods from both group A and the B.

Its cost: a cost similar to what you do in your daily meal.

Exercise: On your body and your health will allow, but always moving.
